Chicken And Rice Casserole

  1. Melt
  2. margarine in pan and add flour.
  3. Mix well and add mushroom
  4. soup, celery soup and mushrooms; set aside, but keep warm.
  5. Boil,
  6. remove
  7. from
  8. bone,
  9. cut
  10. up
  11. and
  12. set aside the chicken.
  13. Take
  14. 2
  15. 1/2
  16. cups of the broth from the chicken and cook
  17. rice
  18. by using directions on box, using broth instead of water.
  19. Use
  20. a
  21. casserole dish and layer the mushroom mixture, chicken and the rice.
  22. Alternate until all is used. Put slices of cheese
  23. on
  24. top.
  25. Put
  26. in
  27. oven long enough to melt cheese. Serves 4.
