Michigan Chicken Recipe
- Chicken parts (I use thighs, legs and breasts
- 1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice
- 1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Sprinkle rice on bottom a well greased 13 x 9 inch pan.
- Sprinkle seasonings found in rice and onion soup over the dry rice.
- Arrange the chicken pcs on top and spoon the mushroom soup over them.
- Add in 2 cans of water and bake, uncovered, for 2 hrs at 350 degrees.
