Crawfish Fettuccini (Shaq-a-Roni and Cheese)

  1. In a large saute pan melt butter and add onions.
  2. Saute until cooked through and well browned.
  3. Ease crawfish into onion mixture and add salt, pepper and cayenne.
  4. Cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Add Velveeta and heavy cream.
  6. Pour over drained fettuccini.
  7. Top with Parmesan.
  8. In a preheated 350-degree oven, bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  9. Remove and serve.
