Ground Round Casserole
- 1 bunch celery, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 3 slices bacon
- 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 3 lb. ground beef
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of tomato soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. shoestring noodles
- potato chips
- While noodles are cooking, saute bacon; crumble into large bowl.
- Saute one at a time the mushrooms, onion, pepper and celery. Brown meat.
- Put in bowl with bacon.
- Mix in separate bowl the 4 cans of soup, beating well.
- Place drained noodles in bowl with vegetables and meat.
- Add soups and mix well.
- Place all ingredients in greased casserole.
- Cover with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- Serves 18.
- This amount fills 2 (2 1/2-quart) casseroles.
