Lemon Chicken with Grapes

  1. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken; cook 10 min.
  3. on each side or until done (165 degrees F).
  4. Meanwhile, blend milk and cream cheese in blender until smooth.
  5. Transfer chicken to plate; cover to keep warm.
  6. Add cream cheese mixture and lemon juice to skillet; cook 2 min.
  7. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  8. Stir in lemon zest and grapes.
  9. Spoon sauce over chicken; top with parsley.
