Grilled Swordfish Vinaigrette
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 3 oz. swordfish steak Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup STOVE TOP Chicken Flavor or Cornbread Stuffing Mix in the Canister
- 1 oz. rotini pasta, uncooked
- 1/4 cup COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 medium apple, peeled and sliced Safeway 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water
- Pour vinaigrette dressing over swordfish in shallow dish; cover.
- Refrigerate 30 to 60 min.

- Slice off top of tomato; discard top.
- Scoop out center of tomato, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shell; drain.
- Mix 1/4 cup water, italian dressing and stuffing mix in microwavable bowl.
- Microwave on HIGH 30 sec.
- Spoon into tomato.
- Microwave 1 min.
- Drain swordfish and discard dressing.
- Place swordfish on greased grill over medium-hot coals or on broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Grill 5 to 6 min.
- on each side or until swordfish flakes easily with fork.
- Cook pasta as directed on package; drain.
- Season as desired.
- Serve pasta with swordfish and stuffed tomato.
- Stir together whipped topping and orange juice and pour over kiwi and apple for dessert.
- Serve with a glass of water.
