Triple Cheddar & Broccoli Casserole
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 pkg. (16 oz. each) frozen broccoli florets, thawed, drained
- 26 RITZ Crackers, crushed (about 1 cup)
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
- Add broccoli; mix lightly.
- Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Mix cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over broccoli mixture.
- Bake 25 min.
