Cucumber-Dill Brown & Wild Rice Salad
- 2-3/4 cups water
- 1-1/4 cups brown & wild rice blend, uncooked
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 English cucumber, chopped (about 2-1/2 cups)
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Creamy Cucumber Dressing
- Bring combined water, rice and salt to boil in medium saucepan, stirring occasionally; cover.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 40 min.
- (Do not remove lid or stir during cook time.)
- Remove from heat; fluff with fork.
- Cool.
- Transfer rice to large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
