Shrimp & Crab Potato Bites

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Combine all crust ingredients in bowl.
  3. Press into bottom of ungreased 8-inch square baking pan.
  4. Bake 20 minutes.
  5. Combine all filling ingredients except 1/4 cup cheese in bowl; mix well.
  6. Spread mixture over hot, partially baked potato layer.
  7. Bake 10-15 minutes or until cheese mixture is set.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  10. Garnish each piece with parsley and shrimp, if desired.
  11. Serve warm or at room temperature.
