Ham & Cheese Puffs
- 3/4 cups All-purpose Flour
- 3/4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 3/4 cups Milk
- 1 whole Egg, Beaten
- 4 ounces, weight Ham, Chopped
- 4 ounces, weight Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Spray a 24-cup mini muffin tin with cooking nonstick spray.
- 2.
- In a medium- large sized mixing bowl, whisk the flour and baking powder together.
- 3.
- Whisk the milk and the beaten egg into the flour mixture.
- 4.
- Add in the chopped ham and shredded cheese.
- I used Black Forest ham from the deli, but you can use whatever kind youd like.
- 5.
- Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.
- 6.
- After resting for 10 minutes, stir the batter and spoon into the muffin cups.
- 7.
- Bake at 375 degress until puffed and golden, about 15 to 20 minutes.
- 8.
- Serve with dijon mustard for dipping (optional).
