White Chocolate Bread Pudding

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Microwave white chocolate, milk, sugar and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 4 min.
  3. or until butter is melted, stirring after 2 min.
  4. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla; beat with wire whisk until well blended.
  6. Pour over bread cubes in 2-qt.
  7. baking dish.
  8. Place dish in larger baking pan, then place in oven.
  9. Carefully add enough boiling water to baking pan to come 1 inch up side of baking dish.
  10. Bake 40 to 45 min.
  11. or until knife inserted in center comes out almost clean.
  12. Serve warm with the Chocolate Sauce.
