High Calcium Cabbage Bread(High Calcium, Low Calorie)

  1. Place cabbage in a small bowl and toss with lemon juice; set aside.
  2. Combine yogurt, orange juice, sugar, oil, powdered milk and egg.
  3. Blend well.
  4. Stir in cabbage.
  5. In a large bowl, combine flours, sesame seed, baking powder, soda, salt, mace and ginger; mix well.
  6. Gradually add cabbage mixture to flour mixture; mix until they are combined.
  7. Pour batter in a greased 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
  8. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  9. Bake 35 to 45 minutes.
  10. Serve with soup or salad meal.
