No Fuss Veggie Soup (Crock Pot)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) package baby carrots, chopped
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (16 ounce) can red kidney beans, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can green beans, drained
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 2 (16 ounce) cans water (use kidney bean can)
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 3 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 5 teaspoons parsley
- 1 (20 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce (Ragu chunky tomato, garlic, & onion)
- Brown beef in skillet.
- Drain fat from beef and add to crock pot with all other ingredients.
- Cook on low 7-8 hours or high 4-5 hours.
