Easy Cupcakes Made with Vegetable Oil

• 100 grams Pancake mix
• 30 grams Vegetable oil
• 1 Beaten egg
• 4 tbsp Sugar
• 1 tbsp Milk

1. Put the vegetable oil in a bowl, add the other ingredients and mix everything with a whisk.
2. Fill the cups half way with the batter.
3. Then bake them for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C.
4. And here they are!
5. Cupcakes that are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
6. You can add cocoa for a marbled effect.
7. They look very cute and delicious.
