Chicken Satay
- 3/4 pounds, 3-78 ounces, weight Chicken Fillet Or Breast
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Curry Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper Powder
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Chinese Barbeque Sauce
- 2 teaspoons White Sesame Paste
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Chopped Spring Onion
- 1 teaspoon Ground Garlic

- Marinate chicken fillets with all of the seasonings and store in a fridge to marinate for at least 1 hour.

- Char grill or barbeque the satays (I used a griddle pan for this recipe).
