Maple Sausage Bread

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Crumble and cook the sausage until no pink remains.
  3. Drain the grease.
  4. Spread the pizza dough or French bread loaf onto a cookie sheet and spread with the cream cheese, top with sausage and grated cheddar.
  5. Roll-up jelly roll style and pinch the ends together, seam side down.
  6. Cut 3-4 steam vents on top and place in the oven for 20 minutes or so, until golden brown on top.
  7. Slice and serve.
  8. Can be eaten hot or at room temperature.
