Lasagna
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- lasagna noodles
- 1/2 c. red cooking wine
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
- 1 lb. Mozzarella slices
- shredded Mozzarella (for top)
- Heat oil.
- Saute onion and garlic.
- Stir in beef and cook until brown.
- Drain.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
- Stir frequently.
- Layer sauce, noodles and cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350u0b0.
