Fruit Medley Punch
- 1 Della Robbia Ice Ring (optional)
- 20 ounces frozen strawberries (2 pk;Strawberries are to be the ones frozen in syrup)
- 3 cups apricot nectar, Chilled
- 3 cups water, cold
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 6 ounces frozen orange juice, thawed (no water added)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 (32 ounce) bottle ginger ale, Chilled
- Prepare Ice Ring, if used in advance.
- In a blender container, puree straw- berries.
- In punch bowl, combine pureed strawberries, apricot nectar,water, lemon juice, orange juice concentrate, and sugar; stir until sugar dis- solves.
- Slowly pour in ginger ale; add Della Robbia Ice Ring, if desired.
