Authentic Pork Rice Bowl with Sweet and Savory Sauce

  1. Cut the pork into 3-4cm bite sized pieces and thinly slice the onion.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork.
  3. Once it is cooked through, add the onions and cook until tender.
  4. Remove the pork and onions from the pan.
  5. Prepare the sauce in the same pan.
  6. Add the ingredients labeled and simmer over medium heat until the surface slowly bubbles.
  7. Return the pork and onions to the pan, stir while lightly simmering and you're done.
  8. Pour on top of steaming rice and enjoy.
