Holiday Cookies
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar, divided
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup finely chopped PLANTERS Pecans
- Combine flour, cinnamon and baking soda.
- Beat cream cheese, butter, 1 cup powdered sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.
- Gradually add flour mixture, beating well after each addition.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Heat oven to 325F.
- Shape dough into 48 balls, using about 1 Tbsp.
- dough for each.
- Shape each ball into crescent shape; place, 1 inch apart, on baking sheets.
- Bake 20 min.
- Cool on baking sheet 1 min.
- Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
- Roll in remaining powdered sugar.
