Holiday Cookies

  1. Combine flour, cinnamon and baking soda.
  2. Beat cream cheese, butter, 1 cup powdered sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  3. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well after each addition.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  5. Heat oven to 325F.
  6. Shape dough into 48 balls, using about 1 Tbsp.
  7. dough for each.
  8. Shape each ball into crescent shape; place, 1 inch apart, on baking sheets.
  9. Bake 20 min.
  10. Cool on baking sheet 1 min.
  11. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
  12. Roll in remaining powdered sugar.
