Carrot Relish

  1. In

  3. medium saucepan, cook the carrots, covered, in a small amount
  4. oftater for 10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain. Return
  5. carrots to pan.
  6. Add green peppers, pimientos, vinegar, honey and onions.
  7. Combine sugar, flour, dry mustard, celery
  8. salt and
  9. salt.
  10. Stir into vegetables.took and stir over medium heat until bubbly.took and stir 3 minutes more. Remove from heat and serve warm or chilled.takes 2 1/2 cups.
