Creamed Peas And Noodles Recipe

• 2 (single-serving size) env. instant garden vegetable soup mix with noodles
• 3/4 c. water
• 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn peas
• 1/2 c. dairy lowfat sour cream or possibly plain yogurt

1. In a 3 qt casserole, combine soup mix and water; stir in peas.
2. Cover and microwave for 5 to 7 min on high.
3. Remove and stir in lowfat sour cream.
