Chocolate Cheesecake

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips; stir until smooth.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add flour and beat well.
  5. Add eggs; beat on low just until combined.
  6. Stir in vanilla and chocolate just until blended.
  7. Pour over crust.
  8. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until center is almost set.
  9. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
  10. Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool 1 hour longer.
  11. Chill over night.
