Easy Macaroni & Cheese

  1. Cook macaroni until al dente, drain.
  2. In pan melt butter, add milk & bring to a low boil.
  3. Add flour and stir until milk thickens.
  4. Add peppers.
  5. Turn stove heat to medium-low and add in cheese, stir until they are melted and incorporated into milk mixture.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Add pasta and stir until coated.
