Taco Cups

  1. Spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Lay 1 wonton wrapper flat.
  3. (It will have 4 edges or "points."
  4. Lay another wrapper on top, turning it so the 8 "points" all stick out (like a sunburst pattern).
  5. Press into a muffin cup.
  6. Repeat until all wrappers are used.
  7. In a skillet, brown meat.
  8. Drain.
  9. Stir in taco seasoning and salsa.
  10. Spoon meat mixture into wonton cups.
  11. Top with cheese and additional salsa.
  12. Bake at 425 degrees for 8 minutes or until wontons are golden brown.
  13. Top each cup with a dollop of sour cream and a black olive slice.
