Bacon, Individually Freezing Slices

  1. Put 1 sheet of aluminum foil on work surface.
  2. Top with one piece of parchment paper.
  3. Place 4 to 5 slices bacon on parchment close together but not touching each other.com
  4. Cover with another.piece of parchment paper
  5. Continue with the layering of bacon and parchment paper, ending with parchment paper.
  6. Use other sheet of aluminum foil to enclose entire bundle.
  7. Place in freezer bag until.
  8. Fcompletely.frozen
  9. When frozen remove all foil and parchment paper working quickly so as to keep bacon frozen return individually frozen slices to freezer bag, seal and put back in freezer.
  10. Now anytime you want one or more slices of bacon just remove as many as you need from the bag!
