Gulliver's Cream Corn Recipe
- 1 pound frzn corn
- 8 ounce. whipping cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Accent
- 3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- Place corn and whipping cream in saucepan and bring to boil.
- Drain cream from corn.
- Meanwhile, heat butter and flour together to make paste.
- Add in to cream sauce.
- Simmer 5 min, stirring constantly.
- Add in seasonings and corn and bring to boil at low heat.
- Place in oven- proof dish and sprinkle with cheese.
- Place under broiler till toasty brown.
- Wonderful side dish.
