Classic Grilled Chicken Caesar
- 2 cups KRAFT Light Classic Caesar Reduced Fat Dressing
- 1 cup KRAFT 100% Shredded Parmesan Cheese - Full Moisture
- 2-1/4 gal. romaine lettuce, torn
- 2 qt. boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled, sliced
- 2 qt. grape tomatoes
- 1 qt. cucumbers, thinly sliced
- Mix dressing and cheese until well blended.
- Toss lettuce with chicken, tomatoes and cucumbers in large bowl.
- Add dressing mixture just before serving; mix lightly.
