Spaghetti With Olive Sauce
- 14 cup olive oil
- 23 cup mixed olive
- 14 cup chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon anchovy, minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 12 teaspoon dried oregano
- salt and pepper
- 12 ounces spaghetti or 12 ounces bucatini pasta
- Combine oil, olives, red onion, anchoves, parsley, garlic, orange zest, oregano and salt and pepper.
- Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water.
- Drain and toss with sauce.
