Chicken and Bacon Alfredo
- 1 pound Pasta Of Your Choice
- 1/2 pounds Bacon, Diced
- 3 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Minced Onion
- 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- Cook penne according to box directions.
- Fry up your bacon and cook until done.
- Remove to a paper towel-lined plate.
- Drain the grease.
- Season your chicken with the poultry seasoning and cook in a pan with olive oil until done.
- Remove to a paper towel-lined plate and start on your sauce.
- In a saucepan, melt your butter.
- Add onion and garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add cream, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
- Cook until cream cheese is melted.
- Add bacon and chicken and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
- Drain pasta, add to sauce and mix up.
- Serve!
