Quick Chicken Casserole
- 1 large onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken noodle soup
- 12 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon milk curry powder
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
- pepper
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrot
- 12 cup cooked chicken, chopped
- Fry the onions in the oil, 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
- Heat to just below simmering and cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve with French Bread.
