Lexi's Beggin Cakes For Dogs

• 3 eggs
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1/4 cup bacon bits
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 1/4 cup milk. (It calls for skim, but I use 2% or lactose free "milk")

1. In a large bowl, beat eggs until thick, then stir in milk and honey.
2. Add sifted flour and bacon bits to the mix and stir until smooth.
3. Drop 1/4 cup mixture onto a moderately hot greased griddle (pan) to make a 6" pancake.
4. Turn each pancake when underside is light brown.
5. Cool.
6. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
