Shrimp In Lobster Sauce Recipe
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. black bean sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 pound raw peeled shrimp
- 2 green onions, minced with greens reserved
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. cool water
- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- Rice
- Mix first 6 ingredients together; set aside.
- Heat oil in skillet till warm.
- Stir in shrimp and mix and green onions.
- Cook and stir for 1 minute.
- Stir in 1/2 c. water; cover and cook till shrimp are pink, about 2 min.
- Mix cornstarch and 1 Tbsp.
- water; stir into shrimp mix.
- Cook and stir till thickened.
- Add in Large eggs; cook and stir just till Large eggs are set.
- Sprinkle with reserved green onion tops; serve with rice.
- Yield: 2-4 servings.
