Potato Salad

  1. Place the potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water.
  2. Cover and bring to a boil; cook until tender, about 15 20 minutes.
  3. Drain and cool.
  4. Place in a bowl; add eggs.
  5. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over potato mixture and toss to coat.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
