Fat-Free Eggnog

  1. Heat 5 cups milk, egg substitute and sugar in large saucepan over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in vanilla and rum extracts.
  4. Cover; chill.
  5. Stir in brandy if desired; thin to desired consistency with remaining milk.
  6. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
  7. Serve Immediately.
