Dwayne's Ribs Recipe
- 2-3 lbs. ribs
- Liquid Smoke
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 c. catsup
- Wash ribs and pat dry.
- Brush with liquid smoke.
- Brown them fast, but not done.
- Pour off any juice from pan.
- Dip ribs into sauce.
- Return to pan and add in raw onion rings.
- Bake till done on 350 degrees for about 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.
- Cover pan with foil.
- This recipe can be used for any meal.
