Venison Pizzas Recipe

• 1 pound grnd venison or possibly venison sausage
• 1 can pizza sauce
• Sliced mushrooms, olives, or possibly sliced fresh onions
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 can biscuits
• Grated cheese, sharp or possibly Mozzarella

1. Cook venison or possibly sausage in a skillet and drain.
2. Slices of link sausage may be used.
3. Season meat to taste if needed.
4. Roll out canned biscuits in small pizza rounds.
5. Place on a cookie or possibly pizza sheet.
6. spread with 1 Tbsp.
7. of pizza sauce, add in venison and garnish.
8. Broil in the oven after topping with cheese, about 10-15 min.
9. This will make about 16 small pizzas.
