Cajun Catfish Recipe

• 4 x Catfish fillets (4-ounce)
• 1 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
• 4 tsp Cajun Seasoning Vegetable cooking spray Lemon wedges (optional)

1. Directions: Brush both sides of fillets with lemon juice, and sprinkle with Cajun Seasoning.
2. Place fish on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray, and broil 5 min on each side or possibly till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
3. Serve with lemon wedges, if you like.
