Pizza Canapes

  1. Brown and chop fine the sausage; drain off grease.
  2. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  3. Melt cheeses in double boiler.
  4. Mix with pork sausage mixture.
  5. Add catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Spread 1 teaspoon on slice of rye and arrange on cookie sheet. Continue until topping is used up.
  6. Top each with Italian seasoning.
  7. Broil about 3 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
  8. Watch closely.
  9. Can be frozen and then cooked.
  10. Thaw 10 minutes before broiling.
