No-Fat Clam Dip

  1. Drain clams.
  2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce and crackers.
  3. With electric mixer on high mix for 3 minutes or until creamy.
  4. Chill for one hour.
  5. Serve in lettuce lined bowl with fat free crackers.
