No-Fat Clam Dip
- 1 can (7 oz.) minced clams
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 cups fat-free cream cheese
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic, minced
- Lettuce leaves
- Drain clams.
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce and crackers.
- With electric mixer on high mix for 3 minutes or until creamy.
- Chill for one hour.
- Serve in lettuce lined bowl with fat free crackers.
