Breakfast Souffle

  1. Put hash browns (slightly thawed), flour and green pepper in greased 9x13-inch pan.
  2. Brown meat and add rest of ingredients.
  3. Pour in pan.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
