Baked Hot Clam Dip
- 1/2 sticks Butter
- 1/4 cups Onion, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Celery, Chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 1 can (6.5 Oz. Size) Minced Clams, In Juice
- 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce, More If You Like It Spicy
- 1 cup Italian Seasoned, Panko Bread Crumbs
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Cook onion, pepper, celery and garlic until soft.
- Add lemon juice, clams with juice, and hot sauce.
- Remove from heat and add bread crumbs.
- Put into a small greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve warm with crackers.
