  1. Mix Tabasco, and water in a large bowl and marinate chicken in the fridge for an hour (or more; the longer it marinates, the more flavorful it gets!

  3. Grind uncooked oatmeal in blender.
  4. Mix oatmeal with cayenne pepper and chili powder in a shallow bowl.
  5. Roll chicken in oatmeal mixture and lay on a foil-lined baking dish.
  6. Brush with egg white on face up side.
  7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
  8. Turn over chicken and brush other side with egg white.
  9. Bake for another 15-30 minutes until golden brown.
