Green Bean Casserole Recipe
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. American cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp. minced pimiento
- 4 c. cooked green beans
- 1/2 c. buttered crumbs
- Heat butter; stir in flour, salt and pepper.
- Add in lowfat milk and cook till thickened.
- Add in Worcestershire sauce, soup, cheese and pimiento, stirring well.
- Put green beans in casserole dish and cover with soup mix.
- Sprinkle with crumbs and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 min.
