Spinach and Cheese Quiche
- 1 pie crust
- 1 (10 ounce) box frozen spinach
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
- 12-34 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 12 cup skim milk
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 -2 slice American cheese
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Defrost and drain spinach.
- Mix eggs, cottage cheese, bread crumbs, milk, salt and garlic powder.
- Tear up cheese slices and add to mixture.
- Add spinach.
- Bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
