Chicken Nanban with Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 piece Chicken (thigh or breast)
- 1 Plain flour
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 1 medium size Boiled egg
- 1/4 of small size Onion (finely chopped)
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
- Mix the ingredients to make tartar sauce (you can make it in your own style).
- Make cuts on the chicken and butterfly out the thick parts.
- Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Coat with flour evenly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry chicken.
- When it's fried, cut into pieces and serve on a plate with chili sauce.
- It's delicious just as it is.
- Add a generous amount of tartar sauce on top and it's done!
- It turned out very juicy with chicken thigh as well.
