Chicken Nanban with Sweet Chili Sauce

  1. Mix the ingredients to make tartar sauce (you can make it in your own style).
  2. Make cuts on the chicken and butterfly out the thick parts.
  3. Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper.
  4. Coat with flour evenly.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry chicken.
  6. When it's fried, cut into pieces and serve on a plate with chili sauce.
  7. It's delicious just as it is.
  8. Add a generous amount of tartar sauce on top and it's done!
  9. It turned out very juicy with chicken thigh as well.
