Krab Ceviche

  1. Chop the Krab flakes pretty small.
  2. Add all other ingredients, to taste.
  3. Mixture should be somewhat wet, but not soupy.
  4. Let set a couple of hours for flavors to meld, if time permits.
  5. The stuff I have made has lasted a few days in'fridge.
  6. Very good on corn chips, or sun chips.
  7. This recipe tolerates customization very well.
