Black Pepper-Turkey Patties

  1. Mix turkey, bouillon and thyme.
  2. Shape into 4 (4-inch) patties.
  3. Sprinkle pepper on both sides of patties; lightly press pepper into turkey.
  4. Cook turkey patties in nonstick skillet on medium heat 12 min.
  5. or until cooked through (170F), turning occasionally.
  6. Meanwhile, mix tomato, yogurt and parsley.
  7. Serve over turkey patties.
