Easy Chocolate Maple Scones
- 100 grams flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 chocolate bar
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- Preheat the oven to 400F/200C.
- Combine and sift the flour and baking powder.
- Mix together the flour, baking powder, and sugar.
- Add the vegetable oil and mix.
- Break up the chocolate.
- Add the chocolate and maple syrup and mix.
- Mix the milk in a little at a time.
- Mix until it all comes together.
- Form into a ball of dough.
- Press down into a 2 cm/1 in thick disc and cut into eighths.

- Bake in an oven at 400F/200C for about 15 minutes.
