Easy Chocolate Maple Scones

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F/200C.
  2. Combine and sift the flour and baking powder.
  3. Mix together the flour, baking powder, and sugar.
  4. Add the vegetable oil and mix.
  5. Break up the chocolate.
  6. Add the chocolate and maple syrup and mix.
  7. Mix the milk in a little at a time.
  8. Mix until it all comes together.
  9. Form into a ball of dough.
  10. Press down into a 2 cm/1 in thick disc and cut into eighths.
  11. (Here's how big the slices should like, compared to a teaspoon.)
  12. Bake in an oven at 400F/200C for about 15 minutes.
  13. Enjoy!
