Sour Cream Brussels Sprouts Recipe

• 1 1/2 pound brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut into halves
• 1 pkg. frzn minced spinach, thawed
• 1 tbsp. butter
• 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
• Parmesan, salt, pepper and nutmeg

1. Steam sprouts till bright green and crisp.
2. Combine with remaining ingredients in a lightly greased casserole.
3. Cover and place in oven to hot.
